I feel the same way about bandit signs as you do. I do have some blank ones I occasionally out if I have a wholesale deal to sell. I really don’t like those things.

Good to know that I’m not the only one who thought of this …. I’m talking with three different companies about getting my license through them and coming to work for them after I get it, and I’m also being mentored by a local wholesaler with a long buyer list. I’ve been back into real estate for about a week now …. so far I’ve sent out a whopping ONE yellow letter but it’s on a $1.8M mansion near downtown Seattle that’s falling apart and is owned by a little old lady. I need to do a deal within the next 90 days or I’m sunk. Whether it’s wholesaling a contract or selling a house, I need to do a deal by then or I’ll be broke.

I could have written this exact same article about my own problems …. you’re having the exact same problems I always have. It sucks. Especially when whatever the project I poured blood sweat and tears into ends up crashing hard instead of flying ….

This is definitely an issue a lot of folks are facing, Scott. Seems like many are struggling to find deals nowadays.

Though, I do remember some of our blogging pals (Shae and Steph come to mind) discuss joint venturing with other wholesalers via their buyers’ lists when deals are more difficult to find. I find the concept very interesting to focus on the buyers’ list by teaming up with other wholesalers to help them with their deals. In any case, just a thought.

I do like taking time off from time to time, but I will admit the process of starting back up is a pain. The time off completely kills my momentum and my lazy habits creep back in.
