As I mentioned late last week, I did a phone interview with Steph Davis about my first wholesale deal. It went down Friday afternoon and after some editing to make me sound good, Steph officially posted it up on her blog. Here is the link….
I would like to say that I couldn’t have gotten my first deal with out my partner. The negotiations fell squarely in his lap on this one. Job well done my friend!
