Crazy Wildwood Days

July 28, 2010 by Scott Costello 3 Comments

For those following along with my MLS Offer Week, I apologize for not posting in a few days.  I went on vacation last Saturday and I don’t like to broadcast that fact until I get back because you never know who is lurking out there.  I went down to the New Jersey shore on my family’s yearly vacation.  Normally my wife and I stay down there an entire 7 days, but this year it was cut short because we had to come back in order to tie up some final things pertaining to my wife’s Kidney stones.   This vacation was not really that relaxing, 100 degree days and the plumbing getting backed up for 2+ days (we didn’t back it up, the pipes just suck) with out being fixed had a lot to do with it.

Now I’m back and ready to get that offer out.  I will be making the final decision on which house to offer on and then sending in the offer.  I’ll break down why I chose a particular property in tomorrows post.

Sorry for the short post, but I just wanted to give an update on where I was and what I’ve been doing.

P.S. – Thanks Jason for keeping me accountable with your comment over the weekend.  I was planning on being able to log on down the shore, but my computer was just not cooperating and I was unable to post using my iPhone for some reason.  Typical for this vacation.

    Scott,

Always a pleasure. You and I run into the same issues. Pushing you forward helps kick me in the rear too. Besides everyone of us reading your blog know you will succeed, were just giving a little push.

I do have a question on all the properties you have looked at. Why are you only making one offer? If its to get over the 1st property hump, I am all for it. Just askin.

    Jason

I just want to get the ball rolling. If I have to make 10 offers, I'll put that off for weeks

I understand completely. I would do the same. Good luck!
