    Hi Scott!

Do you have Eric Medemar's course and if so, what did you think about it?

    Thanks, Vannie

    Hi Vannie,

I currently do not have Eric Medemar's course. I have purchased Steve Cook's course and it is with out a doubt worth every penny.

Thanks for posting a comment and hope you had a happy Halloween as well.

You are correct Phil. The best way to go is get a referral from another local investor. Going to your REIA meetings is a good place to start. Also post a question on flippinghomes.com or reiclub.com forums and I'm sure someone works in your area and can recommend a title company or attorney.
  • Thx - that is easy enuf for all to follow, but who will do this type of closing..?
