I am looking to start a small community for sharing learning resources. We all have courses, books, audios and more that we’ve bought and are now just sitting around. I think it would be a great idea to share those resources amongst a group of dedicated investors.
The group will be comprised of 10 people (to start). It’ll be free to join, but you’ll have to contribute at least one resource to the group. To keep things fun and interactive (thanks to Steph for this idea) I’d like to keep a “Guest Book” for each resource. I would also like to have a small discussion area for the group as well, which I will host on this site.
If you are interested in joining this group please leave a comment below. I will be choosing one person to join the group from the comments. That person, who I choose, can then invite another and then that person can invite someone and so one down the line until membership is full. That should make for an interesting group.
So if you think this is a good idea post a comment. When then group of 10 is set I we can then decide on how to share the resources.

I have tried several things with various degrees of success that I would like to share with other like minded investors.
I feel that I can contribute several things to this group including my knowledge of law, real estate, and what I have learned about investing so far.

I’m interested as well. This could also lead to some useful idea sharing. Its seems were all fairly new but not newbies to real estate investing. I’m located in Denver.
