Because of my wife’s upcoming change in her work schedule my weekends are going to have to change around some. I will no longer have time to do much real estate on Sundays except for going to open houses. I’m also going to update what I am doing over the week days. These items will be done every week along with additional goals I will be setting.
Monday
- Exercise (golf or gym)
- Post ads on craigslist looking for buyers and sellers
Tuesday
Wednesday
- Implement an Internet Marketing technique from my Brain Dump – Internet Marketing list
- Exercise
Thursday
- Real Estate Licensing Course from 6 to 9:45
Friday
- Go to courthouse to pull Probate files (every other friday)
- Download latest Lis Pendens from NjLisPendens.com
- Upload mailing lists to Click2Mail
- Send out postcards for Lis Pendens
- Send out letters for Probates
- Exercise
Saturday
- Family Day
Sunday
- Go to 2 Open Houses
- Family Day

How fun! The only thing I know about golf is, if you hit the ball into the clown’s mouth it keeps your ball, but you win a free game! I like the windmills and the colored carpet. :0) If I could correct my hook, I think I would have a better game. I just have to go drive more.
Doesn’t seem like a lot of time for RE Lic stuff. I have some cd’s I will send you to put on your ipod, it sounds like Bob Barker teaching RE terms, but if you get past it, they might help.
