Where is that Realtor?

68 Mt Pleasant bWell I sent off an email to my Realtor(s) (Mike and Sandy) that I wanted to make an offer of 160k for 68 Mt Pleasant Ave.  After I sent the email I remembered that Mike and Sandy are on vacation.  They said they would be checking their emails though, so we’ll see what happens now.  I’d like to put some contingencies in the offer, like financing for instance.

Other Ramblings

I’ve gotten a few people filling out my squeeze pages, but they have been investors looking to sell their properties.  Does anyone have success wholesaling other investor’s properties?  Is it worth looking into?  These particular investors have properties in areas I’m not interested in but it’s good to see that people are actually sending me leads through my site.  The funny part is that I keep forgetting to post ads pointing to my scottybuys page.

Over the past two weeks I’ve been listening to The 4 Hour Work Week on my drive to and from work and it REALLY gets the mind thinking.  The aspects that intrigue me most are working from home, creating systems and hiring out the tasks in your life that are repetative and take you away from your life.   Eventually I’d like to have someone grabbing my leads off the county sites and going to the courthouse to pull probate leads.  Also if I can’t find an autoposter program for craigslist that won’t get me banned, I’d like to find someone to post them for me.  Shae and Tim Ferris mention using a service from Elance.  It might be worth a trial run, I could always go back and start doing it myself.  My biggest hold up with hiring someone is that I can’t justify the cost right now.

567 Rei Links!

Well it looks like someone beat me to the punch Big Time.  I have a site Rei-Links.com that I was working on that would provide Rei related links to blogs, tools and resources.   It’s just getting started.  Yesterday I got this email from J.P. Mosses over at ReiTips pointing me to a site by Andy Proper that gives you 567 real estate “power” links.  I haven’t sunk my teeth into it yet but it’s got to be handy.  For anyone who is interested here is the link.

I think Andy Proper is B.S.!!! he sells various things for investors, but none with a money back guarantee which for me is a deal breaker. See “The Virtual Bird Dog Blueprint” and the “Teamwork Lead System” at TeamworkLeadSystem.com.

If you own this and it is good please let me know.

I’ve never dealt with any of his products before, but his idea with all the links is a very good one and you can’t go wrong with free. Sure there are affiliate links throughout but good for him for taking advantage.

Not saying you aren’t correct, just that I have no real opinion of the guy.
