This is the book that pretty much starts all Real Estate Investors off.  I read this book for the first time on my honeymoon..haha.  I couldn’t count the number of people who would walk by me while I was reading by the pool and comment about the book.  Rich Dad, Poor Dad is all about the mind and how you perceive money.   If you don’t come away from this book wanting to earn passive income then I’d be shocked.

If you are looking to get a “How To” type of book, this isn’t it.  But if you are looking to start shaping your mind and the way you think get this book now.  It reads quick and is cheap.  Heck even if you don’t want to spend $5 and by the book go to the library and check it out.
