I was browsing through my list of blogs and one of my favorites by Peter Kolat, Real Estate Black Book, had a great tip for dominating your local market. Peter is an internet marketer and does a great job of sharing his strategies with his readers. What was his tip?
Facebook Fan Pages
I haven’t set up mine yet, but the idea is because of the shear popularity of facebook you can create a Fan Page or Group related to say wholesaling real estate. Once I setup my fan page I will go into more detail as to how it is done. I just wanted to share this tip.

Also for the facebook users, don’t forget to claim your facebook brand. I.E. mine is http://facebook.com/ScottCostello. Now I just started using facebook, but from what I understand before the url to someones page was a bit more confusing. So go here http://www.facebook.com/username/ and brand your facebook page!
